The bottle contains black dust and is sealed with a page from the bible.

The ghost is that of a landlord, who killed his wife, and the towns people made his life miserable so took his own life.

Legend has it the haunting started shortly after. A priest  exorcise the ghost, trapped it in a bottle and sealed it in a wall.

One hundred years later the building was demolished, and the bottle discovered.
